Title: Adversary Electronic Warfare Analysis
Reports to: Project Manager
Location: Nellis AFB, Las Vegas, NV
Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and talented individual for the position of Adversary Electronic Warfare Analysis.
Provide Subject Matter Expertise in foreign Electronic Warfare (EW) systems.
Develop, evaluate and coordinate current and long-range intelligence threat assessments of the capabilities, tactics, training, employment, and production of foreign EW systems.
Must have technical knowledge of the military use of the electromagnetic spectrum as it applies to EW and knowledgeable in all aspects of potential adversary employment of EW, to include specific foreign radar systems, jamming systems, passive detection, and EW doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures.
Maintain on-going communications with national-level intelligence agencies, DoD scientific and technical intelligence centers, and other service intelligence agencies concerning foreign EW weapons systems.
Review scientific and technical documents on worldwide EW developments, EW weapons systems, and foreign military EW capabilities, tactics, training, employment and production areas.
Participate in/contribute to complex IC analytical efforts to identify the status of foreign EW systems and force structure programs and prepare assessments regarding the future course of such programs.
Prepare weekly adversary EW-related current intelligence products (text summaries & PowerPoint slides).
Write Tactical Intelligence Bulletins on adversary EW topics quarterly.
Present briefings on worldwide EW developments up to four times per month.
Travel to air shows and trade shows to stay apprised of the latest worldwide EW developments.
Review, critique, and draft initial/updated language for training and tactics development support, specifically for AFTTP 3-1, Threat Guide, Chapter 11, and coordinate with other analysts and agencies on a daily basis.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, classified intelligence systems (SIPRNET & JWICS), and classified voice communications (STE/STU).
Five years of experience at a DoD unit-level operational organization. Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science. Six years of intelligence analyst experience within the DoD is acceptable in lieu of a bachelor's degree and with active TS/SCI security clearance.
